Who we represent
Most people who want this work talk themselves out of it, deciding in advance that they are the wrong shape, age or kind of person. Almost none of them are right.
- All shapes and sizes
- Nothing about your body disqualifies you, because there is no threshold to clear. Slim, thick, short, tall, soft, muscular, scarred, stretch-marked, post-surgery, postpartum: all of it is someone’s brief.
- Your orientation is never asked
- No question about it on the application, no field for it on a profile. The only thing recorded is which categories of work you have agreed to.
- Eighteen to whatever age you are
- Verified over-18 is the only age requirement. The roster runs from 18–24 to 45 and over, and mature talent are booked for work the youngest band is never asked to do.
- No experience needed
- Five honest phone photographs in good light are enough to apply. Clarity about your limits matters more than a portfolio — and the portfolio is the part NOIRÉ gives you.

The question is rarely whether you want the work. It is who might find out. Every agency says it respects your privacy, so here is the version you can check.
- Your legal name is never published
- Your name, date of birth, contacts and documents sit in a separate private record. The public profile has no field for any of them. It carries a stage name.
- A country, never a city
- Profiles show a country and an age band. Not your city, not your suburb, not your address, not your date of birth.
- Every image approved by you, one at a time
- Nothing is published because it was taken. You approve each image in writing; anything you have not approved stays unpublished.
- You can disappear from the site the same day
- Ask and your profile is paused — off the public roster, without ending your representation or deleting your work. Come back when you want.
- Documents are seen by staff, never clients
- Identity documents are stored apart from everything else and never attached to a booking. A client is told only that you are verified.
- Private galleries open on links that expire
- Client work is delivered on signed short-lived links, not a public address that can be forwarded, indexed or guessed. A leaked link has already stopped working.
- No visitor IP addresses are stored
- Including yours, right now. Analytics counts visits with a per-day hash and the server strips client addresses from its logs.
What none of this can do is make published work private. Anything you approve is public and can be recognised — no agency can promise otherwise, and one that does is lying to you. What you control is how much, which images, under what name and for how long. That stays yours, and it is reversible.
What you can earn
There is real money in this work when it is run properly. Here is how it reaches you.
- You keep 80% of bookings
- NOIRÉ takes the standard modelling agency commission of 20% on bookings it arranges, and nothing on work you find yourself. Every rate is in your representation agreement before you sign, and none change without your agreement.
- Several streams, not one
- Productions, private commissions and your own platforms run alongside each other. A quiet month in one is rarely a quiet month in all.
- Your rates are yours
- A production fee is agreed in writing before the work happens. You see the number and accept it, or you do not take the booking.
- Your accounts stay in your name
- Fan platforms are built in your name and stay yours if you leave. NOIRÉ runs them with you — shooting, editing, scheduling, audience growth — for a management fee set out before anything is posted.
- Content shoots at a reduced rate
- Ongoing platform shoots are charged below a full production fee because they are shot in volume. Agreed up front and taken from what those accounts earn.
- Nothing to pay to join
- No registration, portfolio, training or placement fee, and a free portfolio shoot when you sign. Fees come only from work you have already been paid for. If anyone asks you to pay to be represented in NOIRÉ’s name, it is not us.

The files are yours — use them anywhere, keep them if you leave. A portfolio like this is the difference between being booked and being scrolled past, and most people arrive without one.
Ongoing platform shoots afterwards run at a reduced rate, not a full production fee.
You decide everything
People stay because nothing happens here that they did not agree to first, in writing, and cannot take back.
- Every category is granted or refused by you, one at a time, and revocable whenever you want.
- No booking may exceed the consent on record — not by agreement on the day, not by a client asking nicely.
- Closed sets, a chaperone of your choosing, and a written list of what will and will not happen.
- Your legal name, address and documents stay private. Your profile carries a stage name and a country.
- Your profile can be pulled from public view the day you ask, without ending your representation.
- Adults only, verified against government identification before anything is offered to you.
