03 · Records we keep
For every person appearing in mature content we produce or represent, we retain a record of the identity document relied on, the date and method of verification, the categories consented to, and the agreements and releases signed. These records are kept private, access-controlled and separate from public profiles, and retained for the period we must be able to evidence that verification and consent existed. 04 · Consent as authorization
Consent is recorded per work category, is explicit, is revocable at any time, and is the only thing that makes an engagement eligible. 05 · Permitted professional use
The agency represents talent for lawful photography, beauty, commercial, editorial, fine art, glamour, boudoir, erotica, fetish, film and performance productions, for online content the talent has opted into, and for booked appearances and personal commissions under a written agreement. Every engagement is a professional production or appearance, contracted, consented to, and paid as fees for that work. 06 · What this platform is not
NOIRÉ is not, and never will be, an escort service or a marketplace for sexual services. It does not broker, arrange, advertise, facilitate or take any share of payment for sexual services, and nothing on this platform may be used to solicit them. A booking pays for a production or an appearance, never for sexual activity, and no engagement obliges anyone to any sexual act. Requests of that kind are refused, the account is terminated, and the matter is reported where the law requires. 07 · Absolute prohibitions
The following are prohibited without exception and result in immediate termination and, where the law requires, a report to the South African Police Service and the Film and Publication Board: any depiction or involvement of a person under 18; any content produced without the informed consent of everyone in it; content obtained or shared by coercion, deception, threat or blackmail; the distribution of intimate images without consent; and any attempt to identify, locate or contact talent outside the agency for these purposes. 08 · Content classification and distribution
Mature content on this platform is presented in an age-restricted context and is not shown on public entry pages. Public pages are excluded from indexing where they carry mature material, and private galleries are never indexable. 09 · Reporting, takedown and complaints
Anyone may report content, conduct or misuse through the contact page, and a person reviews every report. We tell the reporter the outcome where we lawfully can, preserve evidence, and report to the relevant authority where the law requires it. 10 · Talent protections
Talent may pause or stop at any time, on set or before it, without penalty or explanation. Talent may revoke any consent category at any time through their portal. 11 · Enforcement
We act on breaches of this policy without waiting for a complaint where we detect them ourselves.
